Biographical Information Heather Aaron is Leeway's Executive Director. Dr. Peter Selwyn, an AIDS specialist, is Leeway's Medical Director. He is also Professor and Chairman of the Department of Family Medicine at Montefiore Hospital and Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, and a faculty member at Yale School of Medicine since 1991. His career parallels the advancement of HIV/AIDS, a story skillfully told in his book "Surviving the Fall." Susan Molde, MSN, APRN, Director of Patient Care Services. Also one of the founding spirits of Leeway, Susan is an advance practice registered nurse practitioner (APRN) and a licensed nursing home administrator. She leads a staff of 42 nurses and certified nursing assistants who provide expert nursing care round-the-clock to Leeway's residents.
